Cellulose sanding sealer 195ml

The ideal basis for your Nitrocellulose lacquer finish.
The sanding sealer fills small pores, binds loose fibres and forms a seal that may reduce the amount of finishing products needed.
Can be colored with sustain concentrate. This Cellulose sealer dries within minutes and is easy to sand smooth. Compatible with almost any lacquer, not suitable for use with oil or shellac finishes.

Details

Preparation:
Ensure a well prepared surface sanded to grit 600. Bigger pores should be filled with a grain filler first. Then dry the surface and remove dust before applying the sanding sealer.

Use:
Apply the sanding sealer with a cloth, roller or brush. Let dry for at least 5 minutes till hardened and sand lightly to a smooth surface. We recommend to apply not more than 1 layer.

Color:
Mix a few drops of sustain concentrate (max 5%) with the sanding sealer and mix to a homogenous consistency.

Clean brushes with thinner.

Dangerous: Causes serious eye irritation. May cause drowsiness and dizziness. Use in a well-ventilated area. Recommended to use a fine dust mask and protective clothing. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. When seeking medical advice, show the packaging or the label. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames or hot surfaces - do not smoke. Do not breathe vapor / spray. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if possible. Continue rinsing. In the event of persistent eye irritation: Consult a physician. Dispose in a safe manner in accordance with local / national regulations. Contains: Propan-1-ol, Ethyl acetate, n-Butyl acetate.
