Shoppoints, Gift card & Vouchers

Shoppoints
At TLC Guitar Goods you always get a present. When you have an account and are logged in, you will receive shoppoints from your net order amount, with the exception of special offers. Just because we appreciate you. You can use these points for a subsequent order to pay (part of) your next order placed on another day. Or to continue saving. Points can be redeemed by indicating on the checkout page. In your account page, you can always see how many points you have saved. Points are valid for one year, but we will remind you before they expire, it would be a shame if they go to waste.

Gift card
Did someone gave you a TLC Guitar Goods Gift card, you probably deserved it! You can enter the code as a discount code on the payment page. Please know that you have to spend the whole amount in one time. The tax part of the shipping costs cannot be paid with a coupon code. The Gift Card can only be redeemed at TLC Guitar Goods, it is not a valid payment method for other stores. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash. The validity of the card is 3 years, plenty of time to find yourself something good!

Voucher
Vouchers give you nice discounts or other extras. If you have a voucher with a discount code, you can easily enter it on the payment page.
