How to place an order at TLC Guitar Goods

Ordering is done in 3 simple steps:

1. Choose your product(s)

First look for the product you want to buy. Then place your product in your digital shopping cart via the 'Order button'. You can continue shopping or proceed to check out. If you have reconsidered, you can also remove your product from your digital shopping cart.

2. Log in or complete your shipping details

Do you have an account? You'll be asked to login.
No account yet? Than we'll ask you to complete your details for an account. This makes your ordering much faster and you earn free points for a next purchase.

3. VAT rates
All prices include applicable VAT, but exclude shipping costs. The VAT displayed when you are not logged in, is the 21% VAT rate in The Netherlands. When you create an account and add your country as shipping destination, the VAT rate of your country will auomatically be calculated on the products and will show ion the product pages as well.
If you are a business in the EU and outside the Netherlands, please enter your valid VAT number with your account to auomatically receive a zero-VAT rate.
If you are located outside the EU, the prices will be at zero-VAT. Please keep in mind that local taxes with your import may be charged to you by your local authorities.

4. Check and pay
Choose one of our secure payment methods. You will first receive an overview of your order and any shipping costs. Above an order amount of € 110,- we take the shipping costs within The Netherlands for our account! For shipping outside The Netherlands, you receive this as a discount on your shipping costs. Is your order stated correctly? Then you can continue to 'Pay'. That’s part of the deal.

And then wait until you can unpack your goods, but not for long and we will keep you informed of your order:

... has left our warehouse.

... the shipping confirmation by e-mail.


Oops, forgotten
Have you forgotten something? Please contact us via and we will try to do it again. What you order before 12.00 cest will usually be shipped the same day.

Wadda Mistaka
Can happen. Did you enter an incorrect address by mistake or ordered a wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to adjust your shipment before it leaves the warehouse.
