Shipments by TLC Guitar Goods
Let’s move it!
If you place your order before 3.00 pm, we will hand over your packed order to the carrier the same day. Usually you receive your products the next day, at least if you live in the Netherlands. For other countries, the carrier will keep you informed of your parcel's whereabouts.
Custom items have a production time of around 5 working days, but always as fast as we can!
Of course we keep a close eye on our stock so that we have your product available. If it is unfortunately not in stock, it cannot be ordered at that moment. You can request an update email on the product page so that you will hear it immediately when the item is back on stock.
Ordered before 3pm is shipped the same day. We work hard for that. If there is a delay, we will contact you immediately and your order will still be delivered as soon as possible.
We pack your order as carefully as possible and also pay attention to selecting our carriers for performance and the best rates. The shipping costs are calculated for you at the order check-out. With orders of € 110,- or more, there is free shipping in The Netherlands or a discount of €5,50 for orders outside The Netherlands. The shipping rates are:

Is your destinated not listed? Please send us an email and we'll add your country to the destination list and send you our best shipping rate.
Package not received
Do you expect a package but it is not delivered? That is annoying, but no worries. Please first check the points below:
- Track & trace code of the package
The shipping confirmation contains the Track & Trace code. Check the delivery moment via the link. Mailbox mail does not have Track & Trace.
- The delivery address
Is the delivery address you entered correct?
Did you receive a ‘Not home’ message? Your package may have been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time.
If you still do not receive your package, please contact email@example.com and we will sort it out as soon as possible.
Is your delivered package damaged? That is so unfortunate! Please take a picture of the package and damaged product and mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your account or order number. We will contact you as soon as possible.
