Z-Poxy Finishing Resin is a premium light weight 2-part epoxy resin for laminating & finishing. Suitable for filling gabs and create a super smooth base for your Nitro finish and for topping slightly sunken inlays in your fretboard. It will bond to itself and does not get brittle with age. Long cure formula for easy application, sands easily and is compatible with many resins.

My favorite base for a nitro finish!

Mix equal parts of the resin and the hardener thoroughly and apply in thin layers with a spatula or plastic card as smooth as you can. This will save you sanding time.
When set, sand until smooth to 400 grit to give our the perfect base for Nitro finish.

Working time 20 to 30 minutes and drying time 3 hours.
Dries clear.
Suitable for woods, aluminum and most plastics.
Compatible with most lacquers, not suitable as an undercoat for oil and wax finishes.
