Pattern makers vise

This multifunctional vice is a must-have for luthiers. This cast iron vise weighs a solid 14kg and has a 360° rotation for comfortable working.

Thanks to the individually rotationable holders you can grip projects with irregular shapes in place. The wooden holders come with a soft polyurethane protection that grip even your guitar neck without needing additional shims. With an opening up to 150mm, this vise is suited for any guitar.

The vise requires a mounting hole of 18mm and a workbench of max 130mm thick. It can be placed with the holder on the top or the bottom of your workbench, giving a working height of 250mm or 215mm. Just what suits your luthier work best!

Please note that the vise should not be tightened too much, this can damage the vise. Make sure the clamping pads are a little loose so they can move with the shape you are clamping.
