With this Burnishing Tool you create a beautifil new burr on your cabinet scrapers. So you an quickly return to building your guitar!

Equipped with a beautiful finished wooden handle for a comfortable grip. The steel blade has a diameter of 10mm and a length of 132mm.

Details

Use:

1. Sand down the old burr by laying your cabinet scraper flat on an even surface that is covered with sanding paper (grit 240). Move your scraper over the sanding paper till smooth.

2. Remove any leftovers from the edges by smoothly moving your scraper at a straight angle over the sanding paper.

3. Clamp your scraper, protecting it with two wooden bloks and smoothly move the burnishing tool at a small angle over the headside of the scraper with a little pressure. Repeat till you feel a consistant sharp edge.
