This soldering station makes the soldering of your guitar electronics comfortable. The led display shows the temperature that you can set easily with the rotation knop. The supplied holder can be positioned left and right and the cable of the soldering iron is over 110cm long. By wetting the sponge on top of the station, access tin can be removed quickly from the iron so that you can work nice & easy.
The soldering station needs 220-240AC and has 48W. it comes with a type F, European plug.
Guidelines for use:
Let the station heat to 250C and set the desired temperature after a few minutes.
Lead-free solder is preferably soldered at a temperature between 300C and 410C. With a too low temperature, the solder will not flow smoothly. With a too high temperature, smoke will develop and the joint can become too dry. Besides that, it may damage your guitar electronics.
Do not put too much pressure on the tip of your soldering iron.
Always tin the tip of your soldering iron before placing it in the holder or after you completed the job.
Clean the tip before use by gently rubbing it over the wetted sponge.
Only use water to wet the sponge.
