This acid-free soldering flux comes in handy when soldering the ground wire to the back of the potentiometers of your guitar. It can be difficult to solder the wires without burning the inside of the potentiometer. When using this flux, you will ensure a faster and better bond. Apply a little flux with the brush and apply heat from your soldering iron before soldering with tin.
Don't use S39 on the contacts of potentiomeres or other switches. For these contacts you use solder tin with a resin core.
Caution: Do not breath in any vapors from the flux and do not apply too much heat to your potmeter. Remove any remains of flux after soldering to prevent corrosion.
