This material can be sawed, drilled and routed. It is advised to protect the lines where you will be doing your work with masking tape. This will prevent scratching the material with your tools. Make sure the machines are on low refs with low pressure.
Drilling can be best done with a metal drill, when you grease the dril with WD40, the best result is ensured. Use the drill with a maximum of 800 revs to ensure the material does not melt.
For the best results when using a router, make sure the revs are between 12.000 and 18.000 revs, you can use a wood router bit. Be aware that the flints coming of the material will be statically charged and will stick to everything. Make sure you vacuum the parts regularly to ensure sight on your project.
